Shipping policy
Every Endless Parks order is packed and sent from our warehouse in Balcatta, Western Australia.
Dispatch
We pack orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AWST usually leave the same day, and everything else goes out the next business day. During a drop or the Christmas rush, allow up to 3 business days for us to get your parcel out the door.
Shipping within Australia

Spend $120 or more and standard shipping is on us.
Delivery estimates are Australia Post's and count from the day we dispatch. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer. We happily deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers.
Shipping overseas
We ship to New Zealand and a growing list of countries. Your exact rate shows at checkout.

Overseas orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are yours to pay.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned in. Sticker-only letters travel without tracking. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as the stock lands at the warehouse. The expected date is on the product page and in your order confirmation. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we hold everything and send it together in one parcel.
Lost or damaged parcels
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
At the cart you can add Free returns + package protection. It covers loss, theft or damage in transit, and we'll replace or refund your order, including shipping, without the paperwork. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Wrong address
Double-check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or it wasn't collected, we'll resend it once you've covered the new postage.
